Refurbishment of Hamilton West HQ first floor to provide new open plan offices and meeting rooms.

The installation consisted of new air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing services. A roof mounted air handling unit provides supply and extract ventilation to all office areas via a network of distribution ductwork to ceiling mounted diffusers. Comfort cooling and heating is provided to office areas from a VRV system consisting of roof mounted condensers and concealed ducted indoor units.

Dedicated ventilation serves toilet areas and welfare facilities, with hot & cold water services and drainage installed to sanitary ware.
