The project consisted of the extension and internal refurbishment of the existing Bandrum Nursing Home to provide high quality accommodation, improved amenity and utility space.

The contemporary structure is positioned to the side of the original house, replacing a single storey wing.

The mechanical works included a new plantroom, boilers and domestic hot water generator, with new pipework distributed to the extension and existing house. A new water tank with booster pump set was installed to provide a potable water supply at improved pressure to the building.

Full fit-out of internal rooms, providing showers, sanitary ware, Low Surface Temperature radiators and ventilation.
